Shelie has more than twenty-five years of business leadership experience, specializing in transformation initiatives to accelerate growth, value creating mergers and acquisitions, talent management and human resources strategy and delivery. She has a global mindset and experience, having worked in multinational environments, including living and working in Munich and London.  

Shelie has built a reputation for strategic thought leadership, operational excellence, effective risk management and collaboration across all businesses and functions. She is skilled at building high-performing teams, developing organizations that excel in achieving results and creating environments where employees thrive. 

Shelie is responsible for the ROI and governance of talent investments and overseeing the culture transformation that, combined with the business strategy, resulted in increasing shareholder return significantly above the S&P 500. She has been instrumental in numerous mergers, acquisitions and divestitures ensuring multi-million dollar synergies and value enhancement through effective talent management and full integration of global systems, processes, programs and tools.  

Shelie holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Regis University and a master’s degree in communications from the University of Colorado.
