LISA GRAY

Global Learning & Development Director, Astellas Pharma Europe Ltd

Lisa has been working for Astellas Pharma for the last 10 years in both Regional and Global roles. She has been in HR for the last 25+ years, and has experience across many facets in this field, including organizational development, leadership development, talent management, change, engagement and HR Generalist. Her flexible approach has enabled her to work in media, most notably The Walt Disney Company, consulting and pharmaceutical.  

As a Director at Astellas, Lisa and her team, look after enterprise learning globally which includes leading their DEI programs for global future female leaders, management development and organizational change efforts. Her work at Astellas has led to number of awards including three Brandon Hall Awards, and most recently achieved Gold for Best Learning Program Supporting a Change Transformation Business Strategy.

Never one to stop learning, Lisa has recently studied to become a psychotherapist and has a keen interest in this area.  She particularly likes to build the self-esteem of others and in particular children so they can live fulfilling lives. She volunteers as a coach/mentor to women and teenage girls. Lisa enjoys singing for a local choir in her spare time and is married with two teenage boys and a cockerpoo.
