How do effective leaders lead during a crisis? The qualities we admire often change depending on the context. But it is increasingly clear this isn’t the full story. A growing body of social science shows that there are certain practices and behaviors consistently exemplified by top-performing leaders, even as they emerge from a crisis like that caused today by COVID-19. Duke Corporate Education's Regional Managing Director for North America John Davis will share the meta-behaviors that define the best leaders for the new normal.

Hosted by Dialogue editor-at-large Ben Walker, this show will run for 30 minutes and feature interviews with experts from Duke Corporate Education and other leading industry practitioners. There will be 20 minutes of discussion followed by 10 minutes of Q&A.
